Hello, dear yogis,
I’m thrilled to welcome you to my blog! It feels so special to have a space where I can connect with you on a deeper level and share the stories, insights, and passions that shape my yoga journey.
Today, I want to tell you a little bit about the meaning behind my name and logo: Yogaè.
The name Yogaè is close to my heart, blending both my Italian roots and my philosophy on yoga.
In Italian, “Yoga è”translates to “Yoga is”. I chose this phrase because it reflects the many different definitions and perspectives on what yoga can be.
For me, there isn’t one single way to describe or practice yoga—it’s a vast and personal journey that can look different for each of us.
And then there’s a little personal touch! The “E” is also the first letter of my name, Elena, and the accent represents the way it’s pronounced. Since many people outside of Italy tend to mispronounce my name, I always emphasize the accent on the first “e” to help them get it right. Over time, it’s become such a part of me that people started writing my name with that accent—so I decided to embrace it in my personal project too!
Yogaè is more than a name—it’s a reflection of both my identity and the diverse, evolving nature of yoga.
I hope this little backstory helps you feel more connected to the journey we’ll share through this blog.
